During this visit, we isolate your teeth and apply a concentrated gel to the front surfaces of your teeth. A special light may be used to speed up the whitening process. After about 15 minutes, the gel is rinsed away and reapplied 2-3 times more, depending on how your teeth respond to the treatment.
Take-Home Teeth Whitening
Custom teeth whitening trays are created by taking impressions or scanning your teeth. Simply apply the gel as directed and wear your trays for an hour or two each day or every other day. We can take before and after photos to see how much of a difference there is at the end of your treatment.
To achieve the best results, make sure to follow the instructions on your home care sheet exactly. To keep your smile bright, we also recommend touching up after your six-month cleaning.
